PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone holder with which a cellular phone is fixed in a state in which the display part side of the cellular phone is floated from a base sheet, and even when a sound collecting part of general-purpose hands free equipment is attached to the head part of the cellular phone, the above state is held and the cellular phone is successfully fixed and stabilized. SOLUTION: The cellular phone holder has a belt 3 on the lower side of the surface 2 of the base sheet 1, both end parts 4, 4a of the belt 3 are joined to left and right end parts 5, 5a of the base sheet 1, respectively, an operation part of the cellular phone T is inserted into the belt 3 by protruding a support tool 6 on the upper side of the surface 2 of the base sheet 1, the display part side on the rear surface of the cellular phone T is brought into contact with the support tool 6 and the cellular phone T is fixed onto the base sheet 1 at the state in which the display part side is floated from the base sheet 1.
