PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard covering a clearance between a wall and the baseboard to dispense with construction with a sealant. SOLUTION: The baseboard installed at a boundary part between a wall surface and a floor surface in a soundproof floor with a floor material placed on a floor foundation bed through a sound insulating material, is characterized in that the upper part of the baseboard attached to the wall surface is provided with a flexible member abutting on the wall surface to cover the clearance formed between the wall surface and the baseboard.
