PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal sheet-processing machine which is high in vibration reducing effect of a moving table and excellent in the assembly property of guide rails for the moving table. SOLUTION: This metal sheet-processing machine is provided with a processing part for performing the processing of the metal sheet such as punching, a table which is provided in the periphery of the processing part and with which the back surface of the metal sheet is supported and a metal sheet feeder. The metal sheet feeder with which a metal sheet is clamped and which is freely moved at least back and forth to the position of the processing part together with the moving table 17 which is a part or the whole of the table. The guide rails 27 consisting of horizontal projecting pieces extended backward and forward are provided on a fixed base. A pair of upper and lower roller members 28, 29 which are moved freely vertically each other so as to hold the horizontal projecting pieces from above and below and elastically energized to the side of the horizontal projecting pieces are provided on the moving table 17.
