<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the decorative plate attaching structure of a distribution panel for combining a good attachment workability as the advantage of an external fastening system and a good appearance as the advantage of an internal fastening system. <P>SOLUTION: In the distribution panel 1, a pair of decorative plates 2 are attached to a plurality of the outermost and externally appearing decorative plate attaching faces of the distribution panel 1 by the decorative plate attaching structure 3.
