<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control data flow from an input device to an output device. <P>SOLUTION: An input buffer procedure holding a plurality of data in a predetermined format outputted from an input device as unit input data with a predetermined dimension in compliance with each input device, an output buffer procedure holding a plurality of data in a predetermined format to be inputted to an output device as unit output data with a predetermined dimension in compliance with each output device, and a carrier procedure for acquiring the unit input data held by the input buffer procedure and converting the unit input data into the unit output data to store them in the output buffer procedure are operated by a computer.
