<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent thermal recording material which is almost free from curling, less adhesion when stacked and further, hardly attracts dust deposits by static electricity. <P>SOLUTION: This transparent thermal recording medium has a thermal recording layer composed mainly of at least a colorless or pale-color leuco dye, a developer which thermally develops a color in the leuco dye and a binder resin as a binding agent, formed on a transparent support and a protecting layer containing a resin, further formed on the thermal recording layer. In addition, a curl-inhibitive layer containing at least a binder is formed on the close side to the support opposite to the thermal recording layer and further, an anti-adhesion layer containing at least a filler and a binder is formed on the curl-inhibitive layer.
