<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly clean a nozzle part of a beverage dispenser. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage dispenser 1 for discharging and supplying a beverage stock material from nozzles 6 and 12 is equipped with a cleaning device 30 for jetting high temperature steam generated by a boiler to the nozzles 6 and 12. The cleaning device 30 is equipped with a cover 33 for covering the periphery of the nozzles so that they can freely open/close. The high temperature steam is jetted to the nozzles 6 and 12 from discharging ports 34 and 36 provided in the cover 33.
