PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace for reducing manufacturing cost, by simplifying a manufacturing process, by reducing the abrasion depth of evaporation pipes in the upper surface vicinity of a lower fire resistant material. SOLUTION: This circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace 1 is constituted so that a plurality of straight evaporation pipes 25 exposed in a furnace from a furnace wall inner surface, are arranged in the vertical direction, and a lower inner wall 20 composed of the fire resistant material is arranged for covering a lower part of the evaporation pipes 25, and a particle of a fluid material descends along the furnace wall inner surface; and is characterized by arranging a plurality of cutout parts 20b downward in a shoulder part 20a on the upper end of the lower inner wall 20.
