PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform knee grip of a fuel tank, and to protect the fuel tank by shrouds. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 1 is provided with a vehicle body frame 2 mounted with an engine 9 thereon, the fuel tank 15 arranged to stretch over the vehicle body frame 2 at an upper position of the engine 9, a seat 12 continuous to a rear end part of the fuel tank 15, and the shrouds 11 arranged on left and right sides of the fuel tank 15. The fuel tank 15 has knee grip parts 15g formed on both left and right external faces and a projecting part 15h for stipulating outer peripheries of the knee grip parts 15g. The shrouds 11 have upper side extension parts 11f that parts of rear upper sides are extended toward a rear side. A part of the projecting part 15h is formed by the upper side extension parts 11f.
