PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal sheet excellent in processability, anti-staining properties and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: In a metal sheet wherein at least a resin coating film layer using an aminoplast resin as a curing agent is provided on one side or both sides of a metal sheet subjected to chemical conversion treatment, the element concentration distribution in the depth direction of the coating film is measured with respect to a top coating film layer by high frequency discharge type glow discharge emission spectrochemical analysis. When the surface contacting with the air of the top coating film layer is set to a zero point, the distance in the depth direction therefrom is set to T and Nc=[spectral intensity of nitrogen]/ä[spectral intensity of nitrogen]+(spectral intensity of oxygen)+[spectral intensity of carbon]} is defined, the value Nc is 0.45 or above in the depth of ether one of (A) Oμm≤T≤0.5μm and becomes 0.45 or above in the depth of either one of (B) 2.0μm≤T≤5.0μm.
