PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor device and a semiconductor device capable of reducing the influence of a parasitic capacity, and a multivibrator using the same, in regard to the capacitor device and the semiconductor device to be used by being connected between two terminals, and the multivibrator using the same. SOLUTION: In the capacitor devices (C100, C200) connected between the two terminals (a, b), a plurality of capacitor elements (C10, C20) are connected so that element capacitors (C11, C21) and parasitic capacitors (C12, C22) are disposed symmetrically when viewed from both terminal sides of the two terminals (a, b).
