DENTAL PRODUCT CONTAINING BONE GROWTH-ACCELERATING PEPTIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental product capable of being administered for accelerating the growth of bone/tooth. SOLUTION: This dental product is improved by dissolving, dispersing or coating the compound accelerating the growth of bone. The preferable compound is a disclosed peptide sequence containing 10-50 amino acids. The sequence is characterized by containing residual amino acids adjacent to an integrin-bonding motif (e.g. the RGD sequence) and the RGD sequence of an extracellular phosphoglicoprotein of substrate cells. It is possible to make a preparation by dispersing the sequence in a tooth paste or an intraoral cleaning agent and administer for accelerating the growth of bone/tooth.
