PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new triarylamine compound, to provide a new light-emitting element comprising the compound and, for further detail, the triarylamine compound suitably usable for e.g. the light-emitting material of an organic electroluminescent element and to provide the organic electroluminescent element comprising the compound. SOLUTION: The triarylamine compound is represented by general formula (1)(wherein, Ar<SP>1</SP>to Ar<SP>3</SP>denote each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; Z<SP>1</SP>to Z<SP>8</SP>denote each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight-chain, a branched chain or a cyclic alkyl group, a straight-chain, a branched chain or a cyclic alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group; and the mutually adjacent Z<SP>1</SP>to Z<SP>8</SP>may be bound to form a ring).
