PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively preventing occurrence of cracks, especially, cracks during several days after being placed, without lowering the flowability of a concrete, mortar or cement material at the time of construction by utilizing characteristics such as excellent heat resistance, high strength, high elastic modulus and chemical properties of a polyethylene naphthalate fiber, and to provide the concrete, mortar or cement material obtained by the method. SOLUTION: Cut fibers of the polyethylene naphthalate fiber having a single fiber fineness of 3.3-55 dtex and aspect ratios of 200-1,500 are added to concrete, mortar or cement in an amount of 0.03-0.3 vol.%, and the resulting mixture is kneaded.
