PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facial tissue delivery device enabling the easy supplement of facial tissue therein and the estimation of a supplement time, capable of eliminating the need of a cutting means and the possibility of occurrence of mold and bacteria during the storage, and enabling the storage of the facial tissue in a clean and sanitary state. SOLUTION: This device for delivering the facial tissue folded several times but stacked in a large number of pieces to form a stacked body comprises a cartridge member storing the stacked body and having a communication port at one side and a holder member installed to be positioned adjacent to the communication port of the cartridge member, having an arm holding the facial tissue on the stacked body, and pulling out the facial tissue held by the arm one by one through a rotating motion about its axis.
