PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal without using a sealing material such as a staple. SOLUTION: First to fourth flaps 7, 8, 9 and 10 which are folded in the adjacent order to form a top surface 11 are provided. A tab 13 to be raised to face the fourth flap 10 and overlaid on the fourth flap 10 is louvered on the overlap with the fourth flap 10 on the first flap 7.
