ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAY DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a user does not notice or forgets an advertisement, distributed by an advertisement information provider and then does not take action that the advertisement information provider expects.

SOLUTION: When advertisement information which generates profit to the advertisement information provider or the user as the user takes an action within a prescribed period is provided, the advertisement information urging the user to take the action is presented at all times with a banner advertisement, before the user is expected to take the action to give a period to the user to take the action and a pop-up advertisement 22 is displayed at a prescribed time, to surely make the user take the action as expected.
