<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate and evaluate prediction standard deviation on many different resources which use many different automated valuation models even if a mathematical formula and algorithm are not known. <P>SOLUTION: In a method how to calculate prediction standard deviation or a sigma, a demand and control processor 102 acts as an medium between a user who performs a demand and a computer which performs computing related to the demand. Further, the flow of information between various components of a prediction standard deviation processor 100 is controlled, and each process in the prediction standard deviation processor is started and controlled. An arithmetic processor 104 performs computing relevant to the sigma, a right tail trust score and the formulation of a response trust score. The arithmetic processor 104 is connected with a classification processor 105 and a correlation processor 107 and processes the classification step in operating together with them. The correlation processor 107 performs a correlation step relevant to the sigma, a right tail trust score and the formulation of a response trust score.
