<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a radio IC tag on an object with a distance left therebetween in the tangential direction of the surface of the object. <P>SOLUTION: A bookmark type tag 41 is configured so that the radio IC tag 1 can be held by a plastic thin plate or the like, and configured so as to be restored into its original shape even when it is bent. A tag part 42 is painted so as to be discriminated from a supporting part 43 so that the position where the radio IC tag 1 is held can be visually clarified. The supporting part 43 is formed so that a distance between an object 2 and the radio IC tag 1 can be secured. A mounting part 45 is held so as to be freely rotated with a pin 44 as a shaft at the opposite end of the side where the tag part 42 constituted of a thin plate is held. The mounting part 45 is formed so that an arbitrary angle can be held with the tag part 42 and the supporting part 43. The mounting part 45 is mounted on the object 2 by paste, an adhesive, a clip and a needle or the like, or directly attached by insertion into the object 2.
