PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for a disk array device enabling, in a package of a channel control part, mounting of further many channels on the package by reducing the number of necessary LSIs per channel. SOLUTION: In this disk array device, the channel control part 210 accepting data input and output requests from the outside includes a plurality of link control LSIs 211 performing communication with the outside, a plurality of processors (MP) 213 processing data input and output commands from the outside, and a channel control LSI 212 having a bridge control part switching a plurality of buses connected to the link control LSIs and the processors, respectively, the channel control LSI mutually connecting the buses connected to a link control LSI and to a processor by the bridge control part to transfer data between the link control LSI and a cache memory according to an instruction from the processor.
