PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the storage efficiency to a great extent by installing a lid and an rim member in replacement so as to enable selection and change of the form of storage in compliance with the object to be contained. SOLUTION: An storage device for a vehicle is configured so that an opening 6 is provided in front of the body 5 of a storage box installed in a cabin and that the lid 7 capable of opening and closing the opening 6 and the rim member 8 capable of preventing the object from falling off from the opening 6 can be attached to the opening 6 with possibility of replacement with each other.
