PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt which keeps warm excellently without making a user feel cold even when changing his/her posture during sleeping such as turning. SOLUTION: The quilt is obtained by laminating an upper layer quilt and a lower layer quilt. The upper layer quilt is obtained by dividing a space between an upper-side ticking and an inner cloth with a gusset tape into a plurality of small chambers (squares) and filling them with cotton pad filling. The lower layer quilt is obtained by dividing a space between a lower-side ticking and an inner cloth with a gusset tape into a plurality of small chambers (squares) and filling them with cotton pad filling. The number of the small chambers (squares) divided by the gusset tape in the upper layer quilt part is larger than that in the lower layer quilt part, and an inner cotton filling amount per a unit area in the upper layer quilt part is larger than that in the lower layer quilt part.
