SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus 10, a scanner 11 reads an original image, a screen information generator 134 generates finish estimating screen information from image data, and a display panel 15c shows a finished estimating screen. An operator touches on a touch panel 15b and words, a space item identifier 131 selects an space indication item, a language item identifier 132 identifies a language indication item, and a processing item setting unit 133 sets a process item for forming an image by combining the space indication item selected by the space item identifier 131 with the language indication item selected by the language item identifier 132.
