摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a degradation in tone quality and the generation of an unusual sound in an underflow processing mode in an asynchronous digital radio communication system in which a receiver side comes into an underflow state periodically by setting a system clock frequency at the receiver side to be higher than that of a transmitter side. <P>SOLUTION: The receiver 200 is provided with a clock output means 270 outputting a plurality of system clocks in which their phases are shifted at the same frequency by 2&pi;/k (k is a number selected from a positive number of 2 or higher). When the underflow state is caused by setting the system clock frequency at the receiver side 20 to be higher than that of the transmitter side, the underflow state is solved by selecting a system clock having specified delay time with respect to the present system clock from the clock output means 270 and by delaying reception processing time per packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
