<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative image forming material which is obtained by disposing a protective layer on a photosensitive layer and excels in sensitivity and scratch resistance, from which the protective layer is easily removed, and which can suppress adhesion to an adjacent image forming material or to protector paper (slip sheet) even during storage in piles and can form an image of excellent image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The negative image forming material is obtained by sequentially disposing on a support a photosensitive layer containing (A) a radical initiator and (B) a radical polymerizable compound and causing a curing reaction under light or heat, and a protective layer containing a water- and/or alkali-soluble polyurethane resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
