PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize procedures for performing a deletion request of the present IP address registered in a call connection controller from an IP telephone apparatus and performing a registration request of a new IP address from the IP telephone apparatus to the call connection controller after completion of deletion when an IP address of the IP telephone apparatus is changed. SOLUTION: A CPU 201 of the IP telephone apparatus 101 has functions for controlling a deletion request transmission processing for transmitting the deletion request of the current IP address to a CA 103, a deletion answer reception processing for receiving its deletion completion answer from the CA 103, an acquisition processing for acquiring the IP address from an IP address management server 102 after the deletion answer reception processing, a registration request transmission processing for transmitting the registration request of the acquired IP address to the CA 103, a registration answer reception processing for receiving its registration completion answer from the CA 103 and a change processing for changing the IP address of a nonvolatile memory 206 by the acquired IP address after receiving a registration answer when the IP address of the present apparatus is changed.
