<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient radio IC chip capable of using a plurality of different frequency bands and reading different information by communicating in different frequencies and restricting reading and writing of information. <P>SOLUTION: An IC module 20 of the radio IC chip 100 comprises a plurality of memories 23, a reading and writing circuit 24 performing reading and writing processing of data from and to the memories 23, and a selector 25 which inputs electric signals of frequencies equal to radio signals outputted from an antenna 10 receiving the radio signals and identifies the memories 23 for reading and writing processing by the reading and writing circuit 24 in response to the frequencies of the electric signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
