PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character input support device capable of improving operability of character input. SOLUTION: A cellular phone terminal for supporting input of a character designated by operating a key comprises: a timer 2 measuring the time of operating the key; and a control part 3 adding a macron to the character designated by the key in a case where the measured time exceeds a predetermined value.
