PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a target included in an image to be processed with a desired position within a trimming frame when the image is cut off by the trimming frame. SOLUTION: On a client side, while a photograph frame, having a guide line set at the predetermined position on the basis of a setting operation by an operator, is regarded as a trimming frame TF with the guideline, and the trimming frame TF is superimposed and displayed on the image to be processed, the trimming frame TF is moved and displayed on the basis of the setting operation by the operator and also the trimming frame TF is displayed by magnifying or reducing it so as to become a similar shape on the basis of the magnifying or reducing operation by the operator. Therefore, the operator can move, magnify or reduce the trimming frame TF so that the guide line which has been set by the operator itself and the target included in the image to be processed are brought into a desired positional relationship.
