PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter capable of easily eliminating scribble on the beautifully decorated external facing surface of the shutter and holding its action effect over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The beautifully decorated shutter surface is degreased and dried. Aqua-mica (R) "a grade of an amine-based catalyst, a palladium catalyst, or the like" is then sprayed uniformly and dried, and FG501O(R) with a silane coupling bond chain is sprayed by a spray coating machine for coating, and dried. The aqua-mica (R) is essential to firm adhesion to any backing surface such as a metal surface, and Novek EGC-1720(R) and Optool DSX(R) are equally suitable for fluororesin laminated on the surface.
