LATENTLY CRIMPABLE POLYESTER CONJUGATE FIBER FILAMENT YARN, WOVEN/KNITTED FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide latently crimpable polyester conjugate fiber filament yarn capable of giving woven/knitted fabric good in touch feeling such as stretchability, along with sufficiently preventing developing warp and/or weft striations on the surface of the fabric without the need of any special actions such as warp-dispersing arrangement in the case of woven fabric or filament yarn selection in the case of knitted fabric. SOLUTION: The latently crimpable polyester conjugate fiber filament yarn is such that two kinds of polyester polymers differing in thermal shrinkage from each other are conjugated with each other in parallel type or eccentric sheath/core type. In the filament yarn, individual latently crimpable polyester conjugate fibers are mutually sized and present three-dimensionally spiral actual crimps with an actual crimp percentage(X) of 10.0-40.0%.
