PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive and pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet having excellent adhesive strength to a coarse surface adherend such as a corrugated board or a polyolefin wrap, etc., without lowering the adhesive strength with time and having excellent blocking resistance and thermally activable with low energy. SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive and pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet is obtained by successively forming at least a pressure-sensitive adhesive under layer, an interlayer and heat-sensitive and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer consisting essentially of a thermoplastic resin, a pressure-sensitive adhesion imparting agent and a hot-meltable substance on one surface of a support. In the heat-sensitive and pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet, the pressure-sensitive adhesive under layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive under layer consisting essentially of the thermoplastic resin having -70 to -10°C Tg and the interlayer is an interlayer consisting essentially of the thermoplastic resin having -70 to -5°C Tg and plastic spherical hollow particles.
