PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent kit for screening, usable for efficiently finding out the optimum condition for crystallization of a sample protein in both of an initial screening and secondary screening following the initial screening when carrying out the screening of the crystallization of the protein. SOLUTION: The reagent kit for crystallizing the protein is constituted of a reagent kit for the initial screening and a reagent kit for the secondary screening. The reagent kits for the initial and secondary screening are obtained by using either one of a precipitant and a buffer to be mutually combined as a standard chemical of a standard of combination, using the other chemical to be distributed to and combined with the standard chemical as a distribution chemical, grouping several kinds of standard chemicals based on each number of kinds of the several distribution chemicals, each quantitatively combining them one by one, and dividedly injecting them in many wells arranged in a container formed into the kit.
