摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sensor element that has high detection sensitivity and can detect contact pressure in a broad range. <P>SOLUTION: The tactile sensor element 13 is constituted by laminating a plurality of layers formed by dispersing coil-like carbon fibers to matrix resins. The matrix resins forming the plurality of layers are preferably constituted so that the hardnesses are different and the contents of the coil-like carbon fibers dispersed to respective layers are different. For example, the tactile sensor element 13 has two layers, the matrix resin forming an upper layer 24 for receiving contact pressure has a hardness of 10-30 in JIS A hardness and is soft, and the matrix resin forming a lower layer 23 has a hardness of 30-100 in JIS A hardness and is hard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
