<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a generator or a load from a damage or the like due to non-coincidence between an output form of a generator and an input form of a connected load. <P>SOLUTION: The variable setting type generator is provided with a cam switch 60, having each allocated switching positions with respect to a changeable output form (for instance, a change in the output between three-phase 400V and three-phase 200V), wherein the cam switch 60 is switched to each switching position, to enable the connection wire of an armature coil to be reassembled into each output form set, and is provided with a confirmation switch 65, having switching position allocated to each valuable output format in the generator other than the cam switch 60, to constitute a safety device 30 which allows the generator to output, when the switching position selected by the cam switch 60 and the switching position selected by the confirmation switch 65 agree with the output form, while which does not allowing the generator to output when the selected switching positions agree with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
