PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular traveling control device capable of ensuring the stability of a vehicle and realizing excellent operability for a driver by adequately performing the traveling control while making a turn. SOLUTION: The vehicular traveling control device comprises a speed detection means to detect the traveling speed of a vehicle, a steering angle detection means to detect the steering angle of a steering wheel, a steering direction determination means to determine the steering direction of the steering wheel, a steering angle determination means to determine whether or not the steering angle is within a predetermined angular range, an angular range changing means to change the angular range according to the steering direction, and a drive control means to suppress and control the output of a driving device so that the traveling speed is not higher than the predetermined value when the steering angle is not in the angular range.
