PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing uniform monodisperse particles by precisely suppressing the occurrence of satelite particles. SOLUTION: For producing monodisperse particles in a first liquid, a second liquid is discharged into the first liquid being a continuous phase as liquid droplets through the discharge hole of a piezoelectric inkjet chamber, which has the second liquid reacted with the first liquid and having viscosity higher than that of the first liquid therein in a state that the discharge hole is immersed in the first liquid. The second liquid is discharged as liquid droplets at the volume reducing speed of 5 pl/μs or below of the piezoelectric inkjet chamber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
