PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a semiconductor device and a printed board with high reliability. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal display panel, the printed board arranged in the vicinity of the liquid crystal display panel and the film carrier type semiconductor device arranged straddling an interval between the liquid crystal display panel and the printed board.
