PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an upper end corner part at a grill side, of an utensil operating part is overheated by hot air discharged from a grill case inlet, in a cooking stove with a grill, which comprises a grill door 21 on a front face of a cooking stove main body 3, and the aluminum rectangular utensil operating parts adjacent to right and left of the grill door 21, and wherein the grill door 21 and an upper end of the utensil operating parts have the approximately same heights, and front faces of the grill door 21 and the utensil operating parts are approximately flush with each other in a state of closing the grill door 21. SOLUTION: A part opposite to a rear face of the grill door 21 is provided with a horizontal bar 4 kept into contact with or adjacent to a grill side end part of the utensil operating part at its one end, and the horizontal bar 4 comprises a longitudinal wall 401 of prescribed longitudinal width, opposite to a horizontally long belt-shaped upper area continued from an upper end of the rear face of the grill door 21 to a lower part, and a bottom wall 402 extended from a lower side of the longitudinal wall 401 to a rear part.
