PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt capable of easily detecting abnormality by emitting a magnetic signal of large S/N ratio not depending on magnetic environment at the time of vulcanization even when a magnet is buried by a direct vulcanization adhesion method. SOLUTION: In the conveyor belt 1 used for a belt conveyor device provided with an abnormality detection system in which normality/abnormality of the belt is determined by burying a permanent magnet 2 in a rubber as a magnetic signal source and detecting magnetism emitted from the permanent magnet by a magnetic sensor provided on the outside of the belt, the permanent magnet is made to a heat-resistant magnet in which a retention ratio after heat magnetic reduction at 180°C is 80% or higher when a magnetic flux density at 20°C is made as reference.
