PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing forme feeder of simple structure capable of surely delivering each pair of a lithographic printing forme and a slip sheet from layered bundles of the lithographic printing formes and slip sheets. SOLUTION: A pick-up roller 42 is formed by fitting a block ring 43 to the periphery of a cylindrical shaft part 42A. The block ring 43 is formed into a ring, and provided with a plurality of blocks 43A arranged with an equal interval along the periphery of the pick-up roller 42. The block 43A is formed into a nearly rectangular shape, and formed with a hollow 43B along the axial direction of the pick-up roller 42. The block 43A can be elastically deformed, and elastically deformed and crushed by the pushing force from the pick-up roller 42 to the lithographic printing forme 20, and brought in contact with the lithographic printing forme 20 in a contact area N1 including a tip angle part of the lithographic printing forme 20.
