PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner packaging material for a lithographic printing plate, an inner packaging structure and an outer packaging structure for the lithographic printing plate which can be opened easily. SOLUTION: An unsealing tape 42 is stuck on the backside 38B of an inner packaged article 38 in which a bundle 12 of the lithographic printing plates 10 is packed with an inner packaging paper 16. The unsealing tape 42 comprises a sticking part 42A to be stuck on the backside 38B of the inner packaged article 38 and a non sticking part 42B which protrudes from the backside 38B and is not stuck on the inner packaging paper 16. When the non sticking part 42B is pulled, the inner packaging paper 16 in the vicinity of the sticking part 42A is pulled together with the sticking part 42A and the inner packaging paper 16 is broken.
