PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated member for a car trim ceiling material having good film forming properties, lightweight properties and high rigidity, excellent in moldability at the time of heating and pressurization, not having trouble such as wrinkles or the like, also excellent in the heat resistance of a product (car trim ceiling material) after molding and also improved in the dimensional error and sound absorbing properties after molding. SOLUTION: Mica-containing polypropylene sheets 4 and 5 are laminated on both upper and under surfaces of a foamed polyurethane sheet 1 through web-like hot melt materials (adhesive layers) 2 and 3 and a web-like hot melt material (adhesive layer) 6 for laminating a trim material 8 is laminated on the outer surface of one mica-containing polypropylene sheet 4 while a back treatment material comprising a nonwoven fabric is laminated on the outer surface of the other mica-containing polypropylene sheet 5 to obtain the laminated member A having a seven-layered structure. Perforated sheets 4 and 5 having a large number of sound absorbing holes 10 perforated therein so that a diameter is 0.5-5 mm, a pitch is 3-20 mm and an opening ratio is 5-20% are used as the mica-containing polypropylene sheets 4 and 5.
