PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflective article having high-degree scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, excellent in anti-staining properties and stain removing properties and having high transparency, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The antireflective article has an organic base material and the antireflection layer provided on the surface of the organic base material and successively composed of a hard coat layer, a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer from the base material side. The hard coat layer is a cured matter layer of an active energy ray curable coating composition (X) containing a compound having at least two polymerizable functional groups and the high refractive index layer is a cured matter layer of a polysilazane containing fine particles with a refractive index of 1.55 or above while the low refractive index layer is a cured matter layer of polysilazane containing a water and oil repellency imparting agent having a specific structure.
