PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously machine screw fastening machine capable of precisely feeding a machine screw individually and efficiently performing fastening for an object such as a plate or the like without using a conventional machine screw connecting body arranging a lot of machine screws by a belt-like member at a predetermined interval. SOLUTION: The continuously machine screw fastening machine is equipped with a fastening machine body 3 which mounts a driving machine 4 having a grip handle 2 and detachably connects a bit 7 for fastening the machine screw through a speed reduction mechanism and a clutch, and a machine screw feed mechanism which rotatably inserts the bit 7 and sequentially feeds the machine screws to a fastening action position with the bit 7 by interlocking with a sliding in a longitudinal direction of the fastening machine body 3 accompanied by a fastening operation by the bit 7. The continuously machine screw fastening machine is equipped with a machine screw feeding mechanism body 3 slidably provided on a front part of the fastening machine body 3 in the longitudinal direction, a machine screw feed mechanism body 110 which sequentially continuously feeds a lot of machine screws individually in a self-weight transferring mode to the machine screw feeding mechanism, a tip end block 12, the abutting face of which is provided to be projected on the object mounted to the machine screw feed mechanism body, and a gripping handle 90 mounting to a rear part of the fastening machine body.
