TREATING METHOD AND APPARATUS OF GRANULAR SLAG CONTAINING VERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means removing efficiently mainly only versions from granular slag containing versions such as granulated blast furnace slag. SOLUTION: A liquid swirl is produced in a treatment tank to which a liquid and the granular slag are supplied, to make the versions in the granular slag accompany the rising liquid swirl. The liquid swirl accompanied by the versions overflows over the tank upper portion side and discharges outside the tank. The granular slag settled down at the tank lower portion side without accompanying the rising liquid swirl is collected as processed slag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
