PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food residue processing system which can easily process a food residue or garbage into fertilizer or feed and can facilitate recycling. SOLUTION: The food residue or garbage 5 is placed in a meshed bag 3 of a polyester fiber, is washed with water in a washing machine provided with a redox ceramic 4 to remove salt content and fat and oil components, and is then dried in a residue crushing/drying machine.
