PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem not to be popularized because a conventional hanger occupies width same as the shoulder width of a coat causing a closet with wide width to some extent is required for storing the coat, a large bag is required for storing the coat in a travel bag etc., and wide width causes inconvenience for carrying in a tram etc. even when a portable hanger to be carried with a bag etc. by hand. SOLUTION: After double-folding up a coat in the longitudinal direction, a cramping stopper is used to fix the longitudinally double-folded coat causing a coat to be compactly stored and to conveniently use the hanger for carrying the coat.
