This invention relates to an economical disposable apron, preferably of paper, having integral sleeves and mittens to which are attached elastic loops which may be slipped over the wrists so as to adjust the mittens, as well as the length of the sleeves, to the sizes of the wearer. Shoulder extensions are provided for engaging the back of the shoulders of the wearer to provide a large frictional area of contact to keep the shoulder portions in place.
