PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mahjong Pachinko game machine capable of assisting a tile drawing operation from a wall or a tile discarding operation to be performed next by using different color zones and adopting a special role simpler than that in conformity to the mahjong rule as a finishing role. SOLUTION: In this Mahjong Pachinko game machine 1, the finishing role is so set as to include a plurality of types of regular roles in conformity to the mahjong rule and a plurality of types of special roles in conformity to the special rule simpler than the mahjong rule. This Mahjong Pachinko game machine 1 is provided with a zone determination program P10 determining a color zone including the tile to be discarded next and/or a color zone including the tile to be drawn from the wall next for completing the special role according to the ball entering situation on color zones RZ, GZ and BZ respectively, when progressing a game according to the special role; and a finishing tile determination program P24 and a ball entering assist program P323 assisting according to the determination result of the program P10.
